Dollar Massage Chair Warranty:
MMD will provide limited Lifetime Manufacturer warranty against defects in major parts, followed by the date of purchase. For the first year MMD will provide full service, labor and parts free of charge. The following two years MMD will only provide free parts. Customer should return the defective parts or chair to MMD Authorized Service Center and MMD will fix the parts or replace with new parts and send back to customer. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty performance is rendered. This warranty covers failure due to defects in parts which occur during normal consumer use and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failures which result from alteration, accident, misuse, abuses, neglect, improper maintenance or serviced by anyone other than MMD Authorized Service Center.
