Shipping Rates and Policies
There is a single flat fee for each shipment, plus a smaller
fee for each item in that shipment. In each shipment, the item with the highest
per-shipment cost determines the per-shipment fee; per-item charges are applied
according to the products you're ordering and the methods you choose. We use
Post office or UPS as the standard shipping method. No P.O. Box are accepted
for shipment by UPS and there are times when a different shipping method is
necessary in these cases you will be contacted by a sales rep. Via e-mail or
by phone.
Shipping surcharges:
Bulky and/or heavy weight items cost more to ship than other items, a shipping
surcharge may apply. If an item has a surcharge, the amount will be shown right
after the item price and will be in addition to the standard rates shown above.
For delivery in California, add 8.25% sales tax.
Postage & Packing Rates for the Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO,
and US territories, and Canada:
We will contact you by email in 1-3 business days if ship rates in addition
to the standard rates will be necessary to your location (allow 3-6 business
days during holiday season).
Shipping time:
When you place an order with us, you will receive the shipping and delivery
date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.
Specific Delivery Requests:
MMD do not accept requests for a parcel carrier to leave a package without signature
or at a specific location at your home. Any such request will be deleted when
your order is processed. If you have a specific delivery request, we suggest
placing a note on your door for the parcel carrier with your request and signature.
Incorrect shipping addresses and UPS address Correction Fees:
To help prevent delivery delays, please double check the shipping address prior
to submitting your order. The most common mistakes made when providing us with
a shipping address are incorrect zip code, missing company name, missing suite
or apartment number, and wrong street number.
In all fairness, packages that are returned to us because of
an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged shipping charges again when
your package is reshipped. In addition, any fees billed to us by UPS for address
correction or address change will be charged to you when we receive them. UPS
bills $5.00 for correction of each ground package and $10 for correction of
each air package regardless of how minor the address correction may be.

Return Policy
Any merchandise may be returned in good condition for full store
credit within 30 days of delivery of your order. Customers are responsible for
securely shipping and insuring products returned to the MMD.
Any merchandise that's in new condition including original packaging
and accessories. MMD is unable to accept returns of opened items, or items returned
more than 30 days after delivery.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original and resalable condition, not in original
packaging, is damaged, or is missing parts or accessories.
Special orders, used items, incontinence products, and item identified as final
sale, almost new, clearance, or not returns.
If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when
purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from MMD, please note that
the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
All refunds require a restocking fee of 5% of the purchase price.
All shipping cost will be paid for by the purchaser. Merchandise being returned
or exchanged need to be in like new condition.
Please notify us of damaged merchandise within 72 hours. Return
authorization is required. Please call for authorization and instructions for
returns. Unauthorized returns, returns without original packaging and returns
showing wear will be refused or subject to the restocking fees.
Any item that is not in its original and resalable condition,
not in original packaging, with tape, shipping labels, or anything written on
the packaging or warranty card, is damaged, or is missing parts or accessories
will be charged a restocking fee and/or be issued store credit only or be rejected
and held for you to claim at our discretion..
Exchange:
If your return is for exchange, please make note for "Exchange"
boldly on the order form.
For any refused delivery, shipping and handling charges are
not refundable. In addition, refunds for all orders will be less our actual
shipping cost if they exceed the amount that we charged you to ship your order.
MMD will not be responsible for delays in processing your order
if the credit card billing and shipping information that you provide does not
match the information on file with your credit card company. For your own security,
most credit card companies maintain an "alternate address file" of
authorized shipping address for their cardholders. To advise your credit card
company of an authorized shipping address, please phone the number on the back
of your credit card and they will update your "alternate address file"
promptly.

Quantity Discounts:
For orders of one dozen or more of an item, quantity discounts may be available.
Make your request in writing and include the following information: your company
name, address, and contact information, whether the goods will ship to one address
or to multiple addresses, date goods are required, and if the goods are for
resale purposes. Please e-mail or fax your request to us.

Damaged Merchandise:
If the delivery person is at your door are clearly damaged, refuse delivery.
Notify us by e-mal immediately.
If the delivery person is at your door and you have reason to
reason to believe the goods may be damaged (such as a rattling noise or a tear
in the carton) but you won't know until you open the package, accept delivery.
If your delivery was made by UPS, advise the UPS driver to record the possible
damage and confirm that he/she has done so on their signature board. If delivery
was made by common carrier, advise the UPS driver to record the possible damage

freight bill and leave you with a copy. If when you open the merchandise it
is actually damaged, notify us by e-mail immediately. Advise us that the damage

you received it and await our instructions.
For all damaged merchandise reports, be sure to include your
order number, name, address, and phone number in your e-mail. We'll acknowledge
your e-mail within 1 business day and let you know how we will make things right.
If you don not receive an acknowledgement with 1 business day, we have not received
your email. Please send again.

Defective Merchandise:
MMD has Customer Support dedicated to assisting you with any difficulties you
may experience. You'll usually find the number on the box or in the product
manual. If you have received an item that is defective or missing parts, contact
our Customer Support.

Lost Order:
If you have not received your order and it is beyond our normal
delivery time, or you have reason to believe that your order is lost, please
notify us by email. We'll acknowledge your email within 1 business day and let
you know how we will make things right. If you do not receive an acknowledgement

Missing Item:
If you have received your order and an item is missing, please notify
us by email immediately.

Wrong Item:
If you have received your order and an item is wrong, please notify us by email
immediately. Advise us exactly what the wrong item is by model number, size
and color. Place the wrong item back into the carton so it is the same as when
you received it and await our instructions.
For all wrong item reports be sure to include your order number, name, address,
and phone number in your email. We'll acknowledge your email within 1 business
day and let you know how we will make things right. If you do not receive an
acknowledgement within 1 business day, we have not received your email.

customer for any reason at any time. The customer's sole remedy in such cases
will be the full refund of any funds MMD has collected in reference to the cancelled
products and/or services.

that this information is correct accurate or complete. Information communicated
by MMD is not a contract, and should not be treated as such. The sole remedy
of a customer acting on incorrect information is to request a cancellation of

While MMD makes commercially accepted best efforts to maintain
the security of customer transactions, its liability in cases of third party
theft or misuse is limited to the funds which MMD has already collected in reference
to the customer's most recent order.
